Sportsbook Terms Addendum

Governing terms for all sports wagering on the Betzy Platform

1. Scope & Incorporation

This Sportsbook Terms Addendum ("Addendum") governs all sports wagering activity on the Betzy Platform. It is incorporated by reference into, and supplements, Betzy's Terms of Service ("ToS") and Sports Wagering House Rules. By placing any sports wager on the Platform you agree to this Addendum in its entirety.

Where this Addendum conflicts with the ToS on a matter specific to sports wagering, this Addendum controls. The Sports Wagering House Rules govern sport-specific settlement details. All other ToS provisions remain in full force.

2. Definitions

Term	Definition
Bet / Pick / Entry	A wager placed on one or more selections.
Selection	A specific outcome within a market (e.g., the home team to win).
Odds	The multiplier applied to the stake to calculate the potential payout, expressed in American (+/-) format.
Stake	The number of Sweeps Coins wagered on a single bet.
Parlay	A single bet linking two or more selections; all selections must win for the parlay to pay. Parlays offer higher potential payouts but carry greater risk.
Pick'em	A structured prop-bundle format in which the user selects outcomes for a defined set of player or team propositions.
Live Bet / In-Play Bet	A wager placed after an event has commenced, on a market updated in real time during the event.
Player Prop	A wager on an individual player's statistical performance (e.g., passing yards, points scored).
Futures / Outrights	A wager on the outcome of an ongoing competition (e.g., Super Bowl winner, season MVP).
Settlement	The process by which Betzy confirms the outcome of a market and applies winning or losing outcomes to user balances.
Void / No-Action	A bet that is cancelled and the stake is returned. No winnings are paid and no losses are deducted.
Push	A tie between the bettor and the house; stake is returned.
Palpable Error	An obvious pricing or settlement error (see Section 7.6).

3. Sportsbook Eligibility

3.1 Restricted Territories

Sports wagering on the Platform is not available to persons located in the following U.S. states:

Permanently Restricted (No Wagering)

Washington (WA), Idaho (ID), Nevada (NV)

The following states are additionally restricted pending legal review and may become available in the future. Users in these states may not place sports wagers at this time:

Pennsylvania (PA)
New Jersey (NJ)
Ohio (OH)
Tennessee (TN)
Mississippi (MS)

Vermont (VT)

Betzy uses geolocation technology to enforce these restrictions. Attempting to circumvent geolocation controls will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all wagers.

3.2 Excluded Persons

Persons prohibited from sports wagering under Betzy's Sports Integrity & Insider Policy (athletes, officials, team personnel, employees, and their family members) are also excluded from the Sportsbook. See the Sports Integrity & Insider Policy for the complete list of Prohibited Persons.

4. Currency & How Wagering Works

All sports wagers on the Betzy Platform use Sweeps Coins (SC) only. Gold Coins (GC) cannot be used for sports wagering.

To place a wager, you must have sufficient Redeemable SC in your balance. The Stake is deducted from your balance at the time the wager is confirmed. If the wager wins, your balance is credited with the Stake multiplied by the Odds (minus the original Stake, which was already deducted). If the wager loses, the Stake is forfeited.

Winnings from sports wagers result in SC that are immediately Redeemable (no additional wagering requirement applies to sports winnings).

5. Bet Types

5.1 Single (Straight) Bets

A wager on one selection. If the selection wins, the payout is Stake × Odds. If the selection loses, the Stake is forfeited.

5.2 Parlays

A wager linking two or more selections. All selections must be correct for the parlay to win. The potential payout compounds across all legs. A minimum of 2 selections and a maximum of 12 selections are permitted in a parlay. Correlated parlays (where the outcome of one leg directly affects another on the same game) are not permitted and will be voided.

5.3 Pick'em / Prop Bundles

Pick'em entries require the user to select outcomes for a defined number of player or team propositions within a bundled format. The number of correct picks required and the payout structure are displayed at entry. Pick'em is subject to additional terms displayed within the feature.

5.4 Live / In-Play Bets

Live bets are accepted at Betzy's discretion during events. Odds may be suspended at any time. Betzy is not liable for connection issues or delays that prevent a live bet from being submitted. Live bets will not be accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined, even if the odds are still displayed due to a data-feed delay.

5.5 Player Props

Player prop markets are subject to game-completion and participation requirements described in the Sports Wagering House Rules. Stats are settled on official box-score figures.

5.6 Futures / Outrights

Futures wagers remain open until the competition concludes. Odds are locked at the time the wager is placed. If the competition is cancelled and no official result declared, futures wagers are voided.

6. Bet Acceptance, Confirmation & Edits

A wager is only accepted when Betzy issues a bet confirmation with a unique Bet ID. Until that confirmation is received, no wager contract exists. Betzy reserves the right to reject any wager at its discretion (e.g., at maximum capacity for a market, or due to integrity concerns).

Once confirmed, wagers cannot be edited, amended, or cancelled by the user. The only exception is the Cash-Out / Buy-Back feature described in Section 9, where available.

7. Settlement

7.1 Official Result Source

Markets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body. See the Sports Wagering House Rules for sport-specific details.

7.2 Statistical Corrections — 72-Hour Window

Official statistical corrections issued within 72 hours of an event will be reflected in market settlement. After 72 hours, settlements are final.

7.3 Pushes

Where a market results in a push (tie), the Stake is returned. In a parlay, a pushed leg is treated as void and removed (see House Rules 1.7).

7.4 Voids

Voided bets result in the Stake being returned. Void legs in parlays are removed. See Sections 5 and the House Rules for void triggers.

7.5 Dead Heats

Dead-heat settlements follow the formula in House Rules 1.6.

7.6 Palpable Errors

Betzy reserves the right to void any wager accepted at clearly erroneous odds. Users who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their account suspended. All palpable-error decisions are made at Betzy's sole discretion.

8. Maximum Payouts & Bet Limits

Betzy reserves the right to set maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits per market, per event, and per user. These limits are displayed within the bet slip interface and apply regardless of account VIP tier. Betzy may adjust limits at any time without prior notice. Bets that would exceed a limit will either be rejected or accepted at the maximum permitted amount.

9. Cash-Out / Buy-Back

Where the Cash-Out (also called Buy-Back) feature is available, users may settle an open wager before the event concludes at a value calculated in real time based on current market odds. Cash-Out values may be less than, equal to, or greater than the original Stake. Cash-Out is not always available and may be suspended at Betzy's discretion (e.g., near the end of an event, during injury time, or due to data-feed issues). Once a Cash-Out is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

10. Promotions, Boosts & Bonus Picks

From time to time Betzy may offer odds boosts, bonus picks, and other sportsbook-specific promotions. These promotions:

Are subject to their own terms and conditions displayed within the promotion.
May be subject to maximum payout limits even if the standard payout would exceed that limit.
Are not transferable, not available in cash, and expire as stated.
Cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Are subject to FTC endorsement-guide compliance where applicable.

11. Integrity & Suspicious Betting

All sports wagering is subject to Betzy's Sports Integrity & Insider Policy. Betzy monitors all wagering activity for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to void and withhold payment on any wager it reasonably suspects was placed in violation of sports integrity standards. Betzy cooperates with integrity organizations (IBIA, U.S. Integrity, Sportradar) and governing bodies.

12. Disputes

48-Hour Dispute Window

All sports-wagering disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of the contested market settlement. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered.

To submit a dispute, email support@betzy.fun with the subject line "SPORTSBOOK DISPUTE" and include your Bet ID, the event name, the disputed market, and the basis of your dispute. Betzy will review the dispute and respond within 5 business days. Betzy's settlement decisions are final absent clear evidence of a material error.

13. League Marks, Data & Third-Party Feeds

Betzy's sportsbook relies on real-time data feeds from third-party sports data providers. Betzy is not responsible for errors, delays, or interruptions in third-party data feeds. League and team names, logos, and marks are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Betzy is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league, team, or governing body.

14. Responsible Sports Wagering

Betzy is committed to responsible sports wagering. Users may set spending limits, take cooling-off breaks, or self-exclude at any time via betzy.fun/responsible-play. 15. Severability & Reservation of Rights

If any provision of this Addendum is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Betzy reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Addendum and the ToS. Betzy's failure to enforce any provision of this Addendum does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
