Is Betzy legitimate?

Yes, Betzy is a legit and registered business operated by Texwal LLC, running a real promotional sweepstakes under published rules that bind us, and the company.

Who operates Betzy

Betzy.fun is operated by Texwal LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

The Cheyenne address is where legal correspondence and free mail entries are received.

Betzy holds no gaming licence, and none is required

A promotional sweepstakes does not require a gaming licence, and Betzy does not hold one. Betzy is not a gambling website and does not accept wagers in the gambling sense.

What governs Betzy instead is federal and state sweepstakes and consumer protection law, together with our own Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Redemption Rules. Both documents are public, both are dated, and both bind us.

What we do not claim

We have not commissioned independent testing of the Betzy platform, and we do not claim to be RNG certified.

Game outcomes are produced by each studio's own random number generator, inside licensed software Betzy does not modify. Where a game studio holds a testing-laboratory certification, that certification belongs to the studio and covers the specific game build in the jurisdiction tested. It does not transfer to Betzy.

We do not claim security certifications we do not hold.

How prizes are protected before they are paid

Every redemption is reviewed before it is issued. Your first one includes full identity verification, a government photo ID plus a real-time liveness selfie matched against it, which is why a first redemption takes longer than the ones after it.

Requests are screened against sanctions lists and monitored for money laundering red flags. Cumulative redemptions above $5,000 in a rolling 24 hours require source-of-funds documentation and a compliance officer review, and the redemption is held until that review is satisfied.

Betzy targets processing within 8 hours of submission, and compliance review can take up to 5 business days, with notice by email. The identity process is set out on our KYC verification page, and the request steps are on how to redeem.

How your money and data are handled

Payment processing runs through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors, and Betzy does not store full payment card numbers.

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher, and sensitive data at rest, including financial information and government ID data, is encrypted with AES-256. Administrative access to production requires multi-factor authentication and follows the principle of least privilege. Qualified third-party security firms run penetration tests annually, alongside regular vulnerability scanning.

Betzy does not sell personal data. You can close your account and request deletion through the in-app Delete Account function or by writing to privacy@betzy.fun, and requests are answered within 30 days; KYC and AML records are kept for a minimum of five years after closure because the law requires it. Our own policy states the limit: no security system is completely impenetrable. Full detail is in the Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

You do not have to take any of this on trust. The same source documents are linked from this page and from the how Betzy works guide, and there are five routes open to you.

• Read the Terms of Service (Version 1.0, effective June 5, 2026) and the Sweepstakes Redemption Rules (Version 1.0, effective August 15, 2026).
• Read the published redemption limits before you play, in the Policies for Withdrawal.

• Ask support@betzy.fun for anything the documents do not say.

If something goes wrong

Write to support@betzy.fun first, with your account email and what happened.

If a redemption was denied in error, appeal to support@betzy.fun with supporting documentation within 30 days of the denial notice.

For a formal dispute, our Terms require informal resolution first, and we have 30 days to resolve it. After that, the Terms send an unresolved dispute to binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in Laramie County, Wyoming or by videoconference. The Terms include a class action waiver: you agree to bring a claim on your own behalf and not as part of a class or representative action. Small claims court remains open, injunctive relief for intellectual property and privacy claims is carved out of arbitration, and a complaint to your state consumer protection office is a route Betzy does not control.
