1. Introduction & Hierarchy

These Sweepstakes Redemption Rules ("Rules") are a technical supplement to the Betzy Terms of Service ("ToS"). Where these Rules and the ToS conflict specifically on redemption mechanics, these Rules control. All other provisions of the ToS remain in full force and effect.

By requesting a redemption of Sweeps Coins (SC) you agree to be bound by these Rules in their entirety. Betzy reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time with notice as described in Section 17.

3. Prize Value Equivalency

Each Redeemable SC has a prize value of $1.00 USD (or equivalent in the selected redemption currency at the prevailing exchange rate). This equivalency is fixed and cannot be altered by individual account settings or promotional bonuses.

4. SC States & Wagering Requirement

SC progress through the following states before they can be redeemed:

Betzy tracks the origin of every SC (Bonus-Derived vs. Purchase-Derived). This tracking determines which redemption limits apply under Section 7.

5. Minimum & Maximum Redemption Limits

• Minimum per Redemption Request: 50 SC (exception applies for qualifying bonus-only accounts under Section 7).
• Maximum per Redemption Request: the lesser of your VIP Tier Daily Limit (Section 6) or the Absolute Maximum (10,000 SC / 24h).
• Rolling 24-hour window: limits reset 24 hours after your first accepted redemption in a period, not at midnight.

6. VIP Tier Daily Redemption Limits

VIP tier is determined by cumulative platform activity as described in Betzy's VIP Program terms. The Absolute Maximum of 10,000 SC per 24h applies across all tiers.

7. Bonus-Derived SC — Redemption Limits

Betzy's sweepstakes promotion is free to enter — no purchase is ever necessary to obtain SC or win prizes. However, to protect the integrity of the promotion and prevent abuse, the following tiered limits apply to accounts redeeming Bonus-Derived SC.

An additional limit applies to accounts that have a prior purchase history but have not engaged in any funded gameplay session for 14 consecutive days or more, where the entire Redeemable SC balance at the time of request is Bonus-Derived (accrued through daily login bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings from wagering Bonus-Derived SC only — not from any Gold Coin purchase). In such cases a redemption cap of 50 SC per rolling 24-hour window applies and standard VIP Tier limits are suspended for the duration. Inactivity is measured from the last session in which Purchase-Derived SC or GC from any purchase were wagered; daily login bonus collection alone does not reset the inactivity clock. If a new Gold Coin purchase is made and the associated SC are wagered at least once, standard VIP Tier limits resume immediately.

8. Gold Coins & Tournament Prizes

Gold Coins (GC) have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. They are entertainment credits only.

Betzy may host GC-entry tournaments where the prizes are real-world non-cash rewards (e.g., consumer electronics, travel vouchers, gift cards, sporting event tickets). Such prizes are awarded to tournament winners and are subject to any applicable taxes. Details of each tournament, including prizes and entry requirements, are published on the Platform at the time of the promotion.

9. Eligibility & KYC Gating

All six of the following conditions must be satisfied before a Redemption Request will be accepted:

• You are aged 18 or older (or 21 or older where required by law).
• Your account is in good standing (not suspended, self-excluded, or under investigation).
• Your account has passed full KYC verification (government ID + liveness check).
• Your residential address is not in a restricted jurisdiction for redemption (Washington, Idaho, Nevada, or Michigan).
• You have provided a valid SSN or ITIN for IRS reporting purposes (or the applicable equivalent for non-U.S. tax residents).
• Your Redeemable SC balance is sufficient to meet the applicable minimum redemption threshold.

10. Identity, AML & Source of Funds Review

All Redemption Requests are subject to identity verification, AML screening, and, where triggered, source-of-funds review as described in Betzy's AML/CFT & KYC Policy. A hold may be placed on a Redemption Request pending the outcome of any review. Betzy will notify you if additional documentation is required.

Betzy reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time and to deny any Redemption Request where documentation cannot be satisfactorily provided or where AML red flags are detected.

11. Tax Reporting & Withholding

Betzy is required by U.S. law to report prizes to the IRS:

• Form 1099-MISC is issued for cumulative net prizes of $600 or more in a calendar year.
• Backup withholding of 24% applies if you fail to provide a valid SSN/ITIN via Form W-9 or if the IRS notifies Betzy of a backup withholding obligation.
• Non-U.S. persons must provide Form W-8BEN (or applicable W-8 variant). Withholding rates for non-U.S. persons vary by tax treaty.
• You are solely responsible for reporting all prizes on your personal tax return, regardless of whether a Form 1099 is issued.

12. Redemption Methods

Available redemption methods are subject to change. Methods currently offered may include:

• ACH bank transfer (U.S. bank accounts only; standard processing times apply)
• Electronic money transfer (e-wallet platforms as listed in the Platform at time of request)
• Cryptocurrency (Travel Rule-compliant wallets only; blockchain analytics screening applies)
• Gift cards (major brands; subject to availability)

The available methods displayed during checkout reflect your account's verified status and applicable compliance checks. Betzy does not guarantee the availability of any particular method at any given time.

13. Processing, Holds, Reversals & Forfeiture

Upon submission of a Redemption Request:

• The requested SC amount is debited from your Redeemable balance immediately and placed in a 'Pending' state.
• Betzy targets processing within 8 hours; complex reviews may take up to 5 business days.
• Betzy may reverse a Redemption Request before it is dispatched if fraud, AML red flags, or technical errors are detected.
• Once dispatched, Betzy cannot reverse or cancel a redemption. Any error in the recipient details provided by the user is not Betzy's responsibility.
• SC will be forfeited (not returned) if a Redemption Request is denied due to KYC failure, compliance hold outcome, or violation of these Rules.

14. Compliance Holds & Disqualifying Conduct

Betzy may place an indefinite hold on a Redemption Request and forfeit the associated SC upon finding any of the following:

• Fraudulent, altered, or fabricated identity documentation.
• Account registered in a name other than the account holder's.
• Multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, including coordination with others to exploit promotions.
• Chargeback or payment dispute filed in connection with the account.
• Access from a restricted jurisdiction at any point material to the request.
• Any violation of Betzy's Terms of Service or these Rules.

16. Rounding, Currency Conversion & Fees

• SC prize values are denominated in USD. Conversion to other currencies uses the prevailing exchange rate at the time of dispatch.
• Fractional amounts are rounded down to the nearest cent.
• Betzy does not charge redemption fees, but third-party payment providers (banks, e-wallets, blockchain networks) may charge their own fees. These fees are the user's responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency redemptions are subject to applicable network fees (gas fees), which are deducted from the redemption amount.

17. Changes to These Rules

Betzy reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Platform and may submit a Redemption Request for any Redeemable SC balance before the change takes effect.
